Apple HomeKit is stuck on Connecting to Accessory

Hi,

I am trying to connect my Basestation A6G32373A001B to the Apple HomeKit but it gets stuck during the "Accessory connecting" step.

I already tried all the troubleshooting steps from your help page, all devices are uptodate and were restarted several times but it did not fix the problem.

Could you help me ?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
