I am using Arlo VMB4500r2 with the latest firmware & Apple iOS 16. After connecting the basestation to Apple HomeKit, I am unable to see the linked cameras on HomeKit. Will a token reset help with this situation? Thanks! Pro Base Station Single-LED VMB4500

YT_wong,
I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Thank you for the token reset. I try to connect the BaseStation again to HomeKit, this time the firmware update was successful, however, the Arlo cameras still wouldn’t show on the HomeKit and with a note saying Accessories not support. May I ask if this has something to do with iOS 16 or simply because the Arlo cameras are no longer supported by HomeKit? Thank you!
