Alexa cannot discover Arlo pro2

I think the one that I am using are pro2. I have one home base and 3 cameras, purchased from Costco
I tried to use my alexa app to discover arlo devices, however, it doesn't work. I tried restart echo show 5, arlo base, and disable/enable the arlo skill in Alexa. Non of them works for me
