Thank you for your question. Regarding the request for the Homekit token, I encourage you to contact the specialists of the Arlo technical support in English (U.S if you are in Latin-America or other countries of the American continent) or also in Spanish depending on your time zone (in Spain, the support is between 9:00AM - 17:30, Monday - Friday). They will be able to assist you in this matter as community moderators cannot reset the token by you.
