i have connected the ethernet cable to my router and the internet led is clear & bright green so I dont know what might be the problem.

The rest of the installation is fine but how can I solve the problem?

Strange thing is that the Android App and also online desktop login sees I have connected 3 cameras but it says that the base station does not have internet connection (under the menu/tab of the cameras). I dont know what to do else. I have several times tried the factory reset but this still does not solve my problem

Can anyone help me?

I have tried PC with different browsers and on my phone as well and still it does not work.

I wonder did netgear put a default defect product on the market as many people have this same problem?

My router for internet is also a NETGEAR product so funny that it seems to be not working

funnyuser,

Have you tried connecting from a different network? For example the 3g/4g connection on your phone instead of the WiFi connection? Please let us know!

Mine says: Your base is not connected to the internet. Make sure the base is powered on and connected to your router.

Create a trouble ticket ASAP so this is resolved.  You may well have a defective unit.
