There's been no loss of service.  Sounds like something has changed for your setup. What sort of errors are you seeing?  Be specific.  For the phone/iPad, have you tried both cell and WiFi service?

Good morning Thanks for your reply. This is what I get in Chrome: This site can’t be reached arlo.netgear.com’s server DNS address could not be found. • Search Google for arlo netgear Similar messages on Ipad, Samsung phone. For the phone I don’t have mobile internet service, only Wifi Does that help?

Then that implies that your router needs attention.  First, try restarting the router with the power switch - maybe it just got stoopid.  If that doesn't help, you'll have to dig into the router configuration to figure out why DNS isn't working properly.  The usual setup is to use the ISP's DNS server but you should be able to configure it to use others, such as OpenDNS, using the addresses 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.222.220 or Google's addresses of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

But I am not able to connect to arlo.netgear.com from anywhere. Neither on wifi at my business place or friends. And neither when i was on wifi abroad.

Or could it have to do with the router to which the cameras connect?

The cameras work and i get alerts by email and in the email a picture is included made by the camera that alerts.

But i cannot go online to "my arlo" to see video.   It is either the complaint about the DNS server or the website tells me i am not online, while i am

Same on my Ipad and Android phone.

When you connect to the Arlo website, you're not connecting to the base in any way.  Your router only passes the connection between the base and the server and you're getting alerts, etc. so that's working.  I guess a reboot of the router and base wouldn't hurt but I doubt it would help.  BTW, you are connecting to :

Right?
