Is anyone having problems using the Arlo App with the Galaxy s3 phone?

What OS is it running?  That may be the issue.

It is running the Android 4.1.2 by Google.

I think that's a supported version but just barely. Try reinstalling the app. If no good, contact support at https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
