motion detection record the background of the first gate and don't record any people(wire free)

The camera at the front door of my house record just the background and but record any people(when I go into the house) , did that happen to anyone else before?

It sounds like your camera may not be positioned correctly for the motion you are trying to capture. Take a look at this article for positioning tips: How do I place my Arlo camera?
It might help us understand the issue better if you were to upload a screenshot from your cameras point of view. Often times it can take some trial and error to find the best location for your camera.

Post some still shots of your cameras, so we can provide better help.
To do this, start Live View on your camera(s), when Live View is established, press the camera icon at the bottom of the frame to take a still shot. Go into your library and download the still shot. Next, upload the saved photo to a your posting.
