Hello and apologies in advance if a thread has already been posted for this.
I just received my Arlo camera set, 3 with the base station and an additional one as well.
One of my cameras will not stop detecting motion even when I turn sensitivity almost all the way down. I hung it outside and thought maybe something was triggering it so I took it down and brought it in to check it out. I pointed it directly at a wall before and it consistently detected motion and recorded.
Thoughts on this? Maybe it's a buggy camera, is there a way to reset it? I've tried pulling the batteries and re syncing but nothing works, it just always records even when nothing is moving.
Thanks in advance for the help.

If the camera is the extra one, return it to the store and swap for another. If it's one from the whole system, the whole system will need to be returned/swapped. That'll be the fastest way to resolve this.
Be sure to remove all devices from your account using Settings, My Devices and factory reset the base if returning it to prevent future issues.

dfb,
I agree with jguerdat, it sounds like this could be an issue with the camera.
Before exchanging, consider a factory reset of the base station, add the base back to your account, and go through the process of syncing the cameras again. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select your base station > Remove Device. Allow the base to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED, click "Add Device" on the cameras screen to add the base station back to the account
If you're still having issues, consider exchanging the defective camera as mentioned above by jguerdat.
