The system doesn't send unplugged/offline emails.  Are you sure they're coming from Arlo?

yes, i'm sure.

it started doing it about a week ago

it reads

Hello sebastian

Your *camername* has been offline for 30 minutes.

This may be due to someone unplugging the camera, a power outage, or loss of Internet connection.

Thanks for letting Arlo keep an eye on things!

Huh.  That's new (to me, anyways).  Sounds like it's a response to folks complaining that there was no notification for offline cameras.  Since there's nothing you can change, either 1) make sure the camera(s) are actually online and/or 2) set up a filter in your email client or on the server if using web mail and filter those emails appropriately.

From the Tag line it appears to be a Q plus camera... and can you check the SW version on the camera (under settings)

Somethin new as mentioned ! , but I like it.
