had 3 cameras streaming for 4 days then one has stopped

I installed my system with 3 cameras a few days ago and all was working well. One of my cameras has stopped working. It shows all power in battery and strong wifi connection. But unable to play. Please try again is the onloy message.  What can I or you do????

You can try opening and closing the camera battery cover to force a reset. Are you saying you aren't recording or you can't even get it to stream (realtime) from the Cameras page?

Mine has done the same. We have had 4 set up for a week. One stopped detecting motion yesterday.. I have reset by opening battery compartment and it did not help.

Also it records when I push record just not detecting motion and have it set at a high percentage
