It would seem to be that you have used two different devices to connect to Arlo recently. Only one device at a time can be connected using the master account - any other devices will be automatically logged out when a different device connects. This won't happen if the previous connection has timed out due to inactivity, only if the first device is still connected.

Is anything else in German (Arlo email alerts, push notifications etc.)? Was the account registered in Germany?
