The Go-fencing feature does not work for more then one device...meaning my wife and myself have both their iPhone ..only my iPhone works (both have same admin rights)..also when the home mode is set on schedule ..the schedule time gets over but its still in Armed state..

Some users have had success resolving this issue by refreshing their enabled devices within their Geofencing settings. Consider disabling all devices in your Geofencing settings, save, then enable all devices again.

 

Also, be sure the app is open and running on both devices. If you log out or force close the app, Geofencing will not work.

When i enable my wife's device in Geofencing ..it always comes as unavailable..we have two ids to logiin ..and i have granted her admin rights

Be sure location is enabled on her device. You might also consider reinstalling the Arlo mobile app on her phone and try again.

IT worked after i i reinstalled (wokred in the seance now it says in-zone ..then unavailabe as eralier.

 

But still does not work as it shoudl

 

1. When in Home mode (Schedule) it arms at the start time of the schedule time, but does not disarm when the schedule time completes

 

2. When  my phone goes out of zone it gets to AWAY mode(Armed) even when my wife phone is in zone. I understand that when either of our phone is in zone it whould be in Home mode ...

 

Any help is appreciated !!

Is your wife keeping the app open and running on her phone? Geofencing will not work on devices that do not have the app running. Be sure she is not logging out or force closing the app.
