VMB3000 Not Saving Email Address

I am trying to enter in an email address in a rule in order to get a notification, and the email address is not being saved.

I click on "edit" to edit the rule. I scroll down to the bottom and click on the box next to "send email alert."

Then I enter a valid email address in the email field.

I'm clicking the save button after entering the email address.

But when I go back into the rule, the email field is blank.

Any help would be appreciated.

I suspect the problem is that you're not clicking on the "+" to the left of the address field after entering the address and getting the green checkmark. Without that, it won't show up in the To: line just above the entry box.

After entering the email address, Are you seeing a green check mark at the end showing it's a valid email address ??

( before saving )

Yep. There is a green checkmark at the end of the field when I finish entering the email address.

Try a power button reboot of the base, give it a min or tow to come back online... then try the email again and SAVE.

Hi. I tried a re-boot of the system.

Nope, it didn't work. It still won't save the email.

Yep. You got it. I was not clicking the "+" sign. I was only hitting the "save" button, thinking that was enough.

I have clicked the "+" sign, and now everything is saved.
