VIDEO WONT PLAY ON MY IPHONE

A few days ago my video stopped playing in the library when I got a motion detected on my phone. I thought it was just a glitch and would work itself out. I restarted but it still wont play the video. The thing is that it plays on my arlo online. What can I do?

Try and force a stop of the app, clear the CACHE, then power button reboot your phone.
