User guide specific to Arlo app?

Is there there a user guide that explains the functions/options when live viewing cameras? What do all the icons mean? If I adjust the brightness is that just for that viewing or is it saved?

what is the flying envelope icon under Mode Definition mean?  My camera appears to only record me (did not catch dog sitter and did not catch maintenance men) which would indicate its only working while I am at home which is  a complete waste

That enables/disables email notifications.

Have you checked to see if the running man/men are green in the Cameras tab?  If not, something about your rules and/or modes (under settings) needs work.  Make sure cameras are selected in your modes are green.  Then check the Modes tab for either all motion on or an appropriate schedule.
