The admin should be able to block users from being able to delete videos

Without granting access rights the person can still delete videos. I want this ability to be locked . Thank you

I have tested this and users without "Allow Access Rights" toggled are not able to delete library content.

Check your Grant Access settings and be sure "Allow Access Rights" is not toggled on for the shared user if you do not want to allow that user to delete library content.

Appreciate the feedback. Kathleen from customer services informed me that the person can still delete even though I have made sure the toggle is switched off
