I have recently moved to a new router/firewall and the live streaming of my camera's has stopped.
The error for each camera is;
Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection.
On my firewall I have any IP containing UDP and TCP open from LAN-WAN and no errors seen against captures in the firewall logs.
I have seen the platform relies on TCP80/443 and can see sucessfull conversations between the two devices.
Is this sensitive to NAT timers or any thing I need to take into account?
Thanks

App or browser? Have you tried the other, including a different browser?
Theoretically, as long as you haven't made any security changes in the router, there should be no issue. Assuming this is for wireless cameras, is the Internet LED on the base green?
