How do I delete the default schedule and enter my schedule. Can't get rid of the 8 to 5 default, and enter my 7pm to 6 am schedule.

Clcik on the existing time period for the schedule and deselect all days.  For times spanning midnight, remember to start at midnight and go to some time.  Then another time period from some time to midnight.

The App has a "Done" button that you need to press after entering your schedule or the schedule is lost.  However, the "done" button is off the screen (invisible) if you have your phone horizontal.
