Hello,
My Arlo App no longer send me Push notification when there is motion detected, all it send is an email. I have deleted and re-installed the App twice now and still doesn't alert me like it did before. Does anyone have any solutions to this?

It's a problem on the Netgear side of the house.

Check your active mode (Armed, All motion on, whatever custom mode you use for motion detection) and make sure the rules within have push notifications enabled.
Log in to your Arlo account > Mode > Select your base station > click the pencil icon next to the desired mode > click edit next to the desired rule > check push notifications.

Mine has been set to "PUSH" for over a year. Notifications are 50/50 at best. I know for a fact IT IS NOT my wireless carriers problem not forwarding the TXT/MMS notification coming in from Netgear/Arlo.
