Apparently a lot of people are having issues with the push notifications on their devices. It would be nice if an older version was uploaded to the site so those of us having issues can roll back the update and have full functionality instead of a half working app. Does anyone still have the older version of the app that they are willing to share? I can uninstall the newer version and hopefully a shared older version will restore my functions.

Karvacious,
Check your rules to make sure push notifications are enabled for each camera.
Navigate to Mode > Select Device > Click the pencil icon for the mode used to enable motion detection > Click edit for desired rule > make sure push notifications are enabled.
Be sure to save any changes made and repeat for all desired cameras.

I am having the same problems with NO notifications.
I have done what you said but i DONT even have an option for edit on my Android app nor do I see an option on my Desktop to edit either.
Were these taken away with the new updates?

Please let me know if you are still unable to receive notifications!

I have changed all of my notifications to push. I have had a ticket in that is now over 7 days old. Ther are no push notifications coming from my system since the update and my emails appear to come to my gmail acocunt in a "batch" several hours after the motion detection. The notifications USED to be so fast, I would have notifications before I could get the house and set my keys down. Now I don'tget anything until 9-10 pm. The customer service rep logged into my account on an iphone as well as android and she didn't recieve any notifications either. I was assured that this was being passed up to the highest tech level. I expected a call or a resolution in a couple of days and its been over a week with no help.... I am very disappointed as I have been singing the praises of this system for months and talked several family members into purchasing it- now its half way useless....

Karvacious,
Do you have another device that does receive notifications or is this consistent behavior across all devices you use to access the Arlo app?
