My wife and I were both receiving iphone notifications for the first three months when the motion detector was tripped. Those notifications stopped over a month ago. I checked our iphones and they are allowing notifications, the same as before. Why did this happen? Any solutions?

Sure. As answered here many times, use the Mode tab, select your system, and edit your modes. Notifications are in there and need to be enabled. They used to be a global setting for all cameras but are now on a per-camera basis, hence the need to enable them.

There is no notification option in my individual camera mode setting.  Notifictions stopped and were working yesterday

Try logging out and back in.  I find that can clear up display issues.

Dianebelcher,

Notifications (Push and email) are located within the rules for each camera. To check if push notifications are enabled, log into your Arlo account and navigate to Mode > select your base station > click the pencil icon next to your active mode > click edit on the desired rule > check push notifications.
