No longer receiving alerts on phone

I have had my Arlo system for several months, but about three months ago I stopped recieving alerts on my phone when motion is detected. I have unistalled and re-installed the app and it didn't help.

 

I have not changed any of the settings, so I'm not sure whats going on.

You may not have changed your settings but it's still worth checking your modes to verify notifications are still set on.  Even if on, try toggling the setting to off, save and then back on and save.  Temporarily enable email alerts to have some indication that something was supposed to happen.
