No Mode option on my iphone and Ipad, there is no "mode" option visible for me to access

On both Arlo apps that I downloaded on my iphone and Ipad, there is no "mode" option visible for me to access. The options on the bottom of my screen app are only Camera, Library and Settings. Every screenshot I see in tuturials have 4 options with mode being one of the four. Not so on my spps. Please help, thx Marc

Are you viewing from a shared account via the Grant Access feature? If so, this is likely why you are not seeing the "mode" option. Within the Grant Access feature on the primary account there is a toggle for "Allow access rights". This must be enabled in order for the shared account to view this option.
