since the new app we are unable to use arlo. It was recording. Now it is now. It was sending notifications, now it is not. Paid over $300 less than 30 days ago, now nothing. Bad decision to purchase. Checked all settings, they werr correct prior to new upgrade, now useless. Let me know what is going on or I will return and never recommend again. I sure could put the money to better use.

Are you seeing videos in the Library? Are you using only the app or the browser, too? The app simply changed the way to view the system, not the waynit operates. The firmware has had some glitches that may well be solvable. One thing is to go to the Mode tab, select your system and edit the modes. Once there, verify that notifications are the way you want. Also, its prolly a good idea to use the power switch to reset the base - that seems to clear up niggling little things that a restart button in the app/browser doesn't.
