We could not connect our camera at our home but in our office!!! WHY we need answers now.

If you mean the Base connecting to the internet will only work at your office, then the home router is blocking usage for some reason.

 

If you mean to SEE the cameras, it depends on how you are trying to access for a good answer ;  wifi,mobile app,web,.. also OS version and device
