My camara won't record

My camara worked fine for three weeks but now it doesn't record movmet. I have tried everything but it just not recording. I read others people questions with the same problem but I don't see any answers from Arlo. I was going to buy another camara but now I may go for another brand.

Welcome to the community! I am sorry you've run into some issues with your camera recording, please consider the following troubleshooting options:
1. Power cycle the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment cover.
2. Once the camera has synced back up to the base station, consider putting the camera into Motion Detection Test Mode and make sure you see the orange LED flashing when testing for motion detection.
3. Check the cameras screen on the web ui to make sure the "running man" on the interface is green. If it is grey this means motion detection is inactive and you should check to make sure the motion detection rule is set as active for this camera.
