Movement detection

My camera only detect movement away from my property so I only get the back of someone's head and not their face? Why is this? Not very good for security. It is place facing down to my drive.

You might try increasing the motion sensitivity settings so that more motion is detected.  There could also be an issue with the angle of the camera facing.  Arlo works best picking up side to side motion.  If possible try to set the camera up so that your drive is angled in regard to the camera rather than the camera facing down the drive. You can find more information about what I am describing at the following links:
