Motion time schedule issue

Is anyone else experiencing trouble setting motion time schedules? When I set a scheduled on/off time, the selected time becomes something completely different when I save it. Therefore it's impossible to set a schedule. Arlo ver. 1.8.4 on iPhone 6 9.1

I'd use a computer and browser instead.  The iOS app seems to be having issues with the latest OS updates...
