I have Mode: All motion on.   Monday-Sunday 12 AM - 11:59 PM

Rule: 100% sensitivity...120 sec record video

Motion icon still not green....deer still eating shrubs and looking at camera!

Getting live feed from camera...will only record when I push the green dot for recording.

Using only one camera.

It would appear that you either have an issue with a rule (1st step) or mode (2nd step).  Do you have a rule set up for the camera(s) in question? If so, are they assigned to a mode?

If the "running man' isn't green, the camera will not record on motion detect as it is turned off.

Go to SETTINGS, go to the MODES, goto the one you call ALL MOTION ON, click on the edit pencil.

Check the end on line that shows your camera... there's a check mark at the right side, click on it to make it GREEN ( on)

you must hit save on the way out

Thanks...the little running man is now green...but under Camera Order...there is a circled X next to the camera serial number.

Live feed not on...can I fix this remotely?

first your running dupe threads on the same topic... try to limit to one thread.

Second, I answered in the other thread... you leave the 'circle  x" alone...it is for deactivation of the camera ( NOT for turning off motion )

If you want to turn off motion it is done by the MODES  ; ie ALL ON,  ALL OFF,   OUTSIDE ON, INSIDE ON, etc

* you can only have ONE MODE at a time running, a new mode will over write the previous...  You only need ONE all OFF.

In the above, if you have ALL ON and turn on mode OUTSIDE ON, the INSIDE cameras will turn OFF

hope that makes sense !

When I first set up my system I had that same problem until I realized that the target was not breaking the "beam".  I used the guy mowing the lawn to see where the beam was being broken and moved camera, also the height of the beam is important if it is to high the deer could walk under if.  The beams are to the left and right not dead center.
