Mobile App not showing number of footage being recorder

Hello Arlo users,

 

I was wondering if you are ahving the same problem as I.

 

In the mobile app, I can't seem to see how many videos were "captured" on the day.

 

Usually, there is a bubble with the number indicating how many footage has been recorded.

 

Now it just says "0".

 

ANyone else?

The video clip counter in the library is currently disabled until a major issue has been resolved by the development team. There was an official announcement about this a couple of days ago in the forums.
