I would strongly suggest a security feature to lock user access accounts when an invalid login attempt amount has been reached.  I have been logged out of my web access while I'm using it because my account has been alegedly been logged into from another device and I'm the only user.  This has happened several times over the past week even after I changed my password.  You can even go as far as triggering a notification when an invalid password has been entered.  Banks and many other service organizations do this as a security measure.  There are bots dedicated to cracking passwords and if there isn't a feature in place to lock accounts after several invalid attempts, these bots\hackers have unlimited amount of time to crack a password.

TacoTuesday,

After 5 unsuccessful password attempts your Arlo account will be locked.

Do you use both your PC and a mobile device to view your Arlo account? The message you are seeing (being logged out because you logged in on another device) could be coming up if you log in to your mobile device and you are currently logged in to the web browser or vice versa.

The support rep told me that this function did not exist and suggested I post this in the community.  I do use both my PC and mobile device for accessing my cameras, but not at the same time and I am the only one with access to the cameras.  I still get kicked out from my PC because the system tells me my account was logged into from another device even though I am not.
