Live viewing will not affect recording

Have noticed that the camera is disarmed when viewing live,
My idea
Live viewing will not override anything e.g. Armed, Motion detection

When live viewing, there is an option to manually record. Once the live stream is initiated click the record button to start a recording. When finished, click the record button again, or end the stream to stop recording.
