I have not been able to replicate any issue accessing the Arlo web portal. Are you seeing this behavior on both web client and mobile app?

I am getting the same error when logging into the mobile app. I also get it in the mobile app when trying to add equipment.

It shouldn't be happening but try a browser to help troubleshoot. Any luck?

If this is a brand new setup, are you choosing the New System Setup option?

Yes, I am still having the problem. It is a new setup. How do I choose the New System Setup opion? When I go in through my phone, it takes me to a screen that says "Add Device." And, at the top it says, "We are sorry. The system is experiencing an unexpected issue."

New System is on the login page, not after logging in.
