My partner thought she had her iPad stolen on the train into work so I blocked her username from the Arlo site.  When her iPad was found I re-invited her to the site but she cannot see the cameras even though she's accepted the invitation.  She also cannot see the cameras on our home desktop but she can when I log in using my details.  It seems her username is permanently banned from the site.  Can someone please advise.  Thank you in advance.

Click the Support link at the top.  Then click Contact Support on the right side.  Lots of options.

Consider deleting her entirely from the Grant Access menu, add her again, and then have her accept the invitation again just like when you first gave her access.

I tried that, she still can't see the cameras

After receiving the invitation did you make sure she clicked the "create my own Arlo account" link (even though she may already have an account)? Signing in on the the page that follows is what triggers the access to the shared cameras.
