First thing to do is to MANUALLY test your recording...

Go to the live camera view and click on the record ( round circle with dot centered )... a timer should start and a red flashing icon ( camera type ). Then after 10 secs hit the stop/pause button.  Go to LIBRARY and see if the video is there.

Next step is to test MOTION RECORD.

Go to MODES and turn on ALL MOTION ON... goto the live camera view and look at the cameras. EACH one should have a GREEN RUNNING MAN at the top.

 IF GREEN, go dance in front of the camera and the vid should appear in your Library.

I f they are GRAY, then your MODES are set up wrong.

Try above and reply back

It is ONE of the two defalt modes... MOTION ON ( or similar named ) and MOTION OFF

If you deleted it, you can remake it;

Go to SETTINGS / MODES... go to the top right and click the ADD button

A new window pops up and will show every camera you have... GIVE the MODE a name lile ALL CAMERA MOTION ON ( or similar that you like )

Make sure each 'check mark' at the end of each camera line is GREEN

should look like this;

Captureon motion.JPG

The GREEN check mark means the camera will be active for motion when the mode is use. ( btw black means not turned on )

HIT SAVE before you exit , then re test then all motion on as in the previous messg

reply back if a problem
