I can't find an app for the windows (10) phone or for the Kindle Fire HD. I like the windows phone to work seemlessly with my work windows laptop. Is there a BDS movement against the windows phone? I thought that an app would be available for the Kindle HD, but I could not find one. Are there no apps for these devices? Are any apps in process of developement? Are there any plans for developing apps for these dvices? Who develops the apps (any individual, Windows, Netgear, etc)? I was stoke to get security camera system, but the wind left my sails when I could not find app for my devices.

I doubt there will ever be a Windows phone app, especially since sales and installed base continue to slip. Your only recourse is to use a browser on the phone and set it to use the desktop version or you'll just get the mobile page telling you to install the app.
The Kindle may be different. While there's apparently no compatible app in the app store, you may be able to download and install the apk file on your own by allowing unknown sources to be able to be installed. That's usually set in Settings, Security, Unknown Sources. I've used apkpure.com to download and install apps that aren't available for my tablet (why some apps are only for phones is beyond me) and seems to be a good source but your comfort level will determine if you want to try this. If you do, enable the unknown sources, scan the apk with a good anti-virus/malware scanner, install and disable the unknown sources. You'll have to do this every time a new version is released so you'll need to keep your ear to the ground for updates.
