How do I grant access to the camera system but restrict that access to certain times of specific day

How do I grant access to the camera system but restrict that access to certain times of specific days? We will be nanny sharing at our house, and would like to allow the parents of the other child to use the cameras... but only during the time their child is at the house. I also don't want them to have access to arming/disarming, the library from times their child is not there, or get notifications from an armed system regardless of when it's armed.
