I can't seem to edit the sensitivty while in Schedule mode. I had a package stolen off of my porch today and the police were only able to view the person leaving. Not much help there so I need to edit the sensitivty to be higher so that any shadows of a person approaching gets triggered.

Drop out of the schedule mode and go to the original mode USED in the schedule...edit/adjust the sensivitiy there.  Then turn back on the schedule

Sounds like lowering the sensitivity may still not be enough though.

You may have to reposition your camera or get a second one to act as a trigger for the door camera to enable earlier recording.
