I granted access to friends who have tried this on multiple iOS devices with the installed app. Every 7 seconds the camera view flips to "Your Arlo device appears offline." Seven seconds later it flips back to camera view. Thoughts? Fixes?

I just bought a 4 camera system today and it was so easy to set up.  However, my wife's account does the same thing when she tries to view the cameras.  They keep going between showing up for a second to a green screen on each camera that says, "Your Arlo device appears offline."

Also on iOS devices?  Have you tried other methods such as browser or an Android device, at least temporarily?  Might help to nail down the issue.

Thanx jguerdat for responding and glad to hear we're not the only ones.

The behavior happens on multiple iPhone 5s's with the current app in multiple wireless domains and on cellular data. Doesn't happen in Mac Chrome browser ijn a wireless domain.

Tried to go directly to the Web page on an iPhone 6. In Safari the page never loaded. In Chrome (iOS) a page loaded that said you have to use the app. Is the page Flash? Hopefully they have a path to HTML5.

Does this help? Sounds like there may be a problem with the iOS app.

I know this is a new product--sounds like there are a few rough edges (multiple admin accts cannot login simultaneously). Hope this stuff gets fixed fastest. I need to know our neighbor can access when we're away.

Based on other reports here, it could well be an app problem. You can try logging out and back into the app and/or reinstall it but I'd wager it won't help. Place a trouble ticket to help get attention to the problem.

You can use a mobile web browser to view the website by using the browser's menu to request the desktop version but some things, specifically Live View, won't work due to the need for Flash.

I hear that Puffin is a Flash-capable browser for both iOS and Android, though I have not used it. Anyone wanna be the guinea pig and report back how well the Arlo site works on it?

Generally, if it supports Flash, it should work although any issues would be unsupported by Arlo.  Since it's just an app, why not try it yourself?  It would be great to hear if it works well.
