Geofencing Second Phone

I have read and followed the instructions several times, but after sending the email invite to my friend and having the accept, I still cannot add their phone.  They have access to my cameras, but their phone is not showing up in the enabled devices when I login with my phone to add them in with geofencing capabilities.

Did your friend accept the invitation on their mobile device? If the invitation was accept on a computer, this would be the reason their device is not available.
