From 'getting status' to 'your device is not connected' on Chrome

Hello,

 

I have two PC's at home, right next to each other, both directly plugged in on the same router.

One of them has issues loading camera feeds. After each log in (i have to click the log-in button twice on this pc, once on the one where everything works fine) it displays 'Getting status' and after a while it says 'your device is not connected', but only if i login through Google Chrome, it does work in FireFox! On the PC right next to it, it works fine in Google Chrome.

 

Both PC's have the same version of google chrome with the same version of adobe flash, and we've tried turning off anti-virus software and whitelisting Arlo.

 

Has anybody experienced a similar issue does anybody have further suggestions?

No real idea here but try flushing Chrome's cache on the problem computer. It might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome. What OS is installed on each? Are both up to date?
