Emails disappearing

Just set up my cam today. Started getting email alerts for motion detection straight away but then emails disappeared as if deleted. I didn't delete them. vids are still available in library but where are emails?

check the email settings of your email prgm... they may be filtered into other folders like junk, etc

 

Look in your trash bin too
