Email Notifications Stopped Working

So sometime in the past week my emial notifications stopped working. When Motion is detected, I still get the push notifications but nothing in my email.

 

I have added arlo to safe list but still nothing.

 

Can not seem to figure out what has chenaged.

It sounds like your email provider could be filtering or blocking Arlo alert emails. You could try adding a secondary email to see if notifications arrive at a different address to further isolate the issue.

How do you add a secondary email address. The only way I could figure how to do that was to give access to myself on a different email. Is there a better way?

 

 

This is a  spontaneous issue anoying... Alerts@arlo is on my safe sender list too.

To add another email... go to MODE

Pick the MODE you want and then click on the EDIT pencil for that mode
Once that, pick the first camera ( you must add the email for each camera you have ) click EDIT
At bottom of page near email notifacation there's a " + " sign in a cirlce, click on that and add another email, then save.

I am having the same issue.  Just started on or about 9/17 or 9/18.  All e-mail notifications to my XXXX@outlook.com (which is my registered e-mail) stopped.  The secondary e-mail account, XXXX@yahoo.com was still working.  I had to remove all accounts and enter a new primary e-mail for the accounts (a g-mail account in this case).  That worked, but now the secordary e-mail is not working.  This is really annoying.  Please fix the bug!

It sounds like the affected email is filtering or blocking emails from Arlo. Be sure the emails are not arriving in a spam/quarantine folder. You might also consider contacting your email provider to inquire if the emails are being blocked.
