For the life of me I don't know why this is not broadcast to everyone through Netgear. I even called their tech-support and they did not know about the option. Ready? Find your Arlo app icon on your phone, press and hold, when it turns fuzzy press hard and up comes the options to arm or disarm. How easy is that!
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
