Downloading stopped working iOS app

beginning 1/10/16 I can't download. It starts and then quickly says "failed to download media file."

 

Or sometimes Imhit the download and nothing happens. 

 

Anybody have this experience.

Nope - just downloaded yesterday's videos.  App or browser?  Which one? Have you tried the other?
