Downloading impossible.

Have been trying to download clips from the library for hours, it says it's connecting, but no file to save comes up, ever.

This is very often the case, way too often, and no, it's not on my end of the line. It's that overloaded crappy netgear server-cluster that can ever handle the traffic it gets, yet they still decided to not offer us a way to store recordings locally. Netgear, you really *really* blow deep holes in the sanity of your customers with bullcrap like this. What are you trying to sell us here?

Many times it allows other to dupe your problem
