I accidentally deleted the 2 default modes ALL MOTION ON and ALL MOTION OFF.
How can i restore them back?

Haven't tried this but it seems like you could just recreate the rules yourself:
Settings, Base Station, Modes - click on Add at the top right
All Motion Off - All cameras disabled (black check mark)
All Motion On - All cameras enabled (green check mark)
