Cross-Recording is STILL BROKEN (update 7/27/2016)

Looks like the cross recording (trigger cross record) is still in the dirt....

Me: Cross recording is not working again
Me: It was reported in the Arlo user community, it was fixed. now it is not working
Me : issue was reported last week
Jian: Yes we are still patching up some fixes regarding that issue since some user still has issues with it not responding.
Me: ETA on the fix? I am leaving for vacation and would like my system working 100% to protect my assets
Me: Hello?
Jian: I see, We still do not have a proper ETA for the fix but since your account is set to auto-update we should be able to push automatically once we do.....

As you can see the Bottom Camera failed to record at 6:39am (Cross-Record)

 

AND

 

The top Camera failed to record at 1:20 pm (Cross-record)

Hula_Rock,

 

I have tested cross-recording and am not seeing this behavior. Is this a consistent issue or is it intermittent? Are you still seeing this?
