Cannot play video on my iPhone (Safari) from motion alert email

I received motion alert email and try to play the video on my iPhone but failure. It brings me to the safari page and keeping downloading the Arlo website without showing anythjng. I can play video from my computer or laptop without apps. Anyone please help? Any phone setting I need to change? My phone is iPhone 6. Thanks

There is another thread about buggy running with iphone and ios 9.0.2   Maybe your problem.

Are you able to download videos from the library and watch them on the iOS device you're having this issue with?
